Halloween Pet Costume Contest!
Rancho Coastal Humane Society will be hosting a pet costume contest at the Carlsbad Premium Outlet Stores on Friday October 31st at 4pm. Prior to the event, from 2-4pm, they are having a pet adoption fair. So, go show off your little princess or devil and share your support for Rancho Coastal!
