Rancho Coastal Humane Society will be hosting a pet costume contest at the Carlsbad Premium Outlet Stores on Friday October 31st at 4pm.  Prior to the event, from 2-4pm, they are having a pet adoption fair.  So, go show off your little princess or devil and share your support for Rancho Coastal!  We will be supplying goodie bags for the first 25 participants who sign up.  There will be prizes and all entry fee donations benefit RCHS.  For more information visit www.premiumoutlets.com/carlsbad
